Sumit serves as the Managing Director of DNS Associates and is a distinguished accounting professional specializing in advising owner-managed businesses. Since earning his Chartered Accountant credentials in 2002, he has empowered hundreds of such businesses to thrive, skillfully guiding them through the financial intricacies of growth and expansion.
Paul Weller
Founder
Paul is the founder and Managing Director of Astonia Associates and has been running accountancy and tax practices for over 20 years.
Whilst dealing with many different business sectors, Paul has developed Astonia into arguably one of the leading property tax specialist practices in the country.
Paul says “we have proudly developed a solid and professional team covering every area of tax, legal, insurance and finance so that our clients do not need to go anywhere else. We have an incredible team who deliver an outstanding service and are meticulous in everything they do”.
Chandan Pal
Practice Director
I’m an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, currently serving as Practice Director after previously leading as Partnership Director. My journey reflects not just technical and strategic growth, but a deep, hands-on commitment to building, supporting, and growing successful businesses.
As part of the leadership team at DNS, I’ve played a role in supporting its growth and success, contributing my experience and passion for business to help drive its progress. Having co-founded several ventures myself, I understand what it takes to turn an idea into a sustainable, thriving operation — and I enjoy sharing that journey with others.
I’ve always believed that people buy from people — and what truly drives me is building genuine relationships, solving problems, and empowering others to succeed.

Jean Hillman
Practice Director
Having been involved in the financial services sectors for over 25 years, Jean now ensures that all of our operational deadlines are meticulously met, and oversees all ongoing technical training with our team.
Kerry Corpe
Practice Manager
Kerry is our Practice Manager at Astonia Associates and has been working in senior positions in Accountancy Practices for over 25 years.
Kerry manages all relationships with our clients and team members, to ensure that the practice and our team run seamlessly and our clients receive a first class service.
Sid Agarwal
Senior Tax Manager
I am a Chartered Tax Advisor (OMB) and ACCA. I have 9+ years of experience in owner-managed business taxation issues, company reorganisations, property taxation, and succession planning.
I also work with private clients on bespoke tax planning strategies for trusts, residence status, and non-residents.
I aim to fulfil my professional duties towards my clients and keep them satisfied, my utmost priority. I believe in establishing and maintaining businesses and personal relationships as the key to mutual growth.
Gary Zouvani
Group Operations Director
I am a qualified chartered management accountant with over 25 years’ experience working in industry and accountancy practise. Currently DNS group operations director I manage over 50 employees as well as head up our accountancy franchise proposition.
